On August 26th, 2015 at approximately 11:00 am, the homeowner at 27 Evelyn Street called to report that he had located an airbag in his mailbox on Tuesday, August 25th, 2015 at approximately 4:30 pm.

Officers responded and located the air bag, which the homeowner had placed on the ground. The NH State Police Explosives Unit responded to the scene and took custody of the air bag so it could be properly disposed of.

The first device was located in the mailbox at 19 Evelyn Street on August 25th, 2015 at approximately 8:30 am. The Hooksett Police Department was notified at approximately 6:00 pm. The device was determined to be an airbag and was properly disposed of by the New Hampshire State Police Explosives Unit.
