On March 27th, 2016 at 2:35am, Officer Byers was parked at the Hooksett Gas & Market located on Hooksett Rd. and Silver Ave. monitoring traffic. Officer Byers observed a green BMW X3 exit the parking lot of the Chantilly’s Restaurant & Pub and travel north on Hooksett Rd. The BMW attempted to take a right turn onto Silver Ave. but struck a telephone pole head-on. The BMW then reversed enough to pull away from the telephone pole and travel onto Silver Ave. where the vehicle came to a stop and the operator exited the vehicle. Officer Byers traveled towards the vehicle and its operator to investigate what happened. The operator of the vehicle was identified as:

kimionakis

Kimionakis was not injured in the crash and he was transported to the Hooksett Police Department. The telephone pole had no major damage and Eversource arrived on scene to check the pole, which they deemed safe.
