The Hooksett Police Department’s Legal Division is headed by Attorney Evelyn King. The primary mission of this division is to prosecute all violation and misdemeanor level offenses in the Circuit Court as well as felony probable cause hearings. The Legal Division is also responsible for the prosecution of all juvenile offenses.
