On September 15, 2015 at approximately 2:00AM Police responded to the area of West River Road near Market Drive in Hooksett for a report of a motor vehicle accident.  Upon arrival Officer’s found a vehicle that had been coming from I-93 South exit 10N which was broken down on the side of West River Road headed north.  The vehicle had damage to the front end as it had struck a metal road sign and the front driver’s side tire was flat.  The driver of the vehicle:

Leonard Constant, 22

was found near the vehicle attempting to change the flat tire.  While speaking with Constant Officers could smell an odor of alcoholic beverage and noted Constant to be acting as if he was under the influence of alcohol.  Field sobriety tests were then administered and Constant was ultimately placed under arrest for DWI.  Constant ended up having a .12 BrAC when he got back to the Police Station and submitted to further testing.  He was released on personal recognizance bail with a court date in 9/25/15.
